Professional Career Bio

Having successfully completed studies in BSc Psychology and MSc Business Psychology, I joined Ve Interactive (now known as Ve Global) in July 2011.

Initially commencing employment as a consultant, my abilities to perform well whilst under pressure, practical approach, analytical skills, and strong organisational analytical skills allowed me to play an instrumental role in forming the initial Account Management team. Since then, I have progressed through various levels of seniority within the function.

Whilst at Ve, I have had the opportunity to lead various teams. In terms of management, I strongly believe in applying my experience, supportive approach, and positivity alongside solid interpersonal and motivational skills. I have a decisive leadership style. I am regularly involved in training of new employees as well as providing on-going training to colleagues both in U.K. and internationally.

With peers in various departments globally having acknowledged my work ethics and knowledge levels, I am regularly consult on proposals and strategies for both new and existing clients.

Over the years, I have always been keen to learn further and improve my knowledge. I continuously self-invest in strengthening myself, including abilities to utilise large data sets to develop and execute complex strategies which often exceed KPI and ROI goals, industry knowledge and understanding of internal and external technologies.

Most recently, as a highly ambitious and results-oriented professional with an accomplished history of developing successful marketing proposals and facilitating dynamic business development initiatives, I have gained hands-on experience as an Account Director with compelling success in planning, controlling and managing Display Advertising, User Experience and Conversion Technology campaigns for high-profile brands such Vodafone, Samsung, Rezidor Hotel Group, BT Shop, and Go Compare.

The quality of the campaigns which I have built have been recognised within the industry, including being shortlisted for awards in the Best Email Marketing Campaign category for Etihad Airways, and Best Travel & Leisure Campaign category for Virgin Experience Days.

Through relationship with key clients and industry partners, I have developed deeper understandings of market demands. This has allowed me to provide a critical customer feedback loop into the business regarding product. In turn, numerous features and functionalities have been developed. Additionally, this has allowed me to become adept at pragmatically and strategically identifying and opening new business opportunities.
